Delivery Times

• Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day.
• Standard delivery within Sweden: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery is also available on Saturdays in most locations, which often means you can receive your order faster.

Shipping Cost

• Standard shipping: 59 SEK.
• Business packages (delivered to a business address): 149 SEK.

Track Your Order

• Log in to My Pages to see your tracking number.
• There you can easily follow your delivery and see where your package is.

If you have not received your order within 3 business days after it has been shipped, please contact our customer service.

Uncollected Packages

• Packages not picked up at the collection point are automatically returned to us.
• A fee of 150 SEK will be charged for uncollected packages to cover return shipping and handling costs.
